Developing an application to assist users in searching and querying legal knowledge based on the Vietnamese Legal Code and QPPL legal document database. This application aims to provide superior utilities compared to current online services and address the lack of timely updates in the Vietnamese Legal Code.

  • Viewing Structure: Support access to effective QPPL documents organized by topics, sections, indices, and articles.
  • Link Creation: Automatically create links between referenced articles and indices within the QPPL documents.
  • Content Marking: Enable distinguishing between codified and non-codified content.
  • User Feedback Integration: Allow feedback on organizational accuracy for continuous learning and sorting improvements.

2. Terminology Extraction and Quick Reference​

  • Extraction of Terms: Automatically extract and mark terms and definitions used in QPPL documents.
  • Quick Definition View: Provide quick views of definitions when querying content.
  • Index Table Searches: Enable quick searches of an index table for all terms and corresponding definitions.

3. Facilitated Search for Related Content​

  • Quick Find Feature: Enable users to quickly find content related to specific issue groups and keywords in the legal knowledge system.
  • Search and Sorting Support: Facilitate sorting and searching for tables and forms in QPPL documents by administrative procedure groups.

4. User Query Response Support​

  • Legal Query Assistance: Assist in answering user queries about the law based on current effective QPPL documents.
  • Source Reference Display: Show source references citing articles in response to user queries.
  • Suggestion for Related Queries: Provide suggestions for similar or related questions to encourage deeper legal exploration.
